This program controls the operation of the ../CL-B03 RGB LED controller.

Considerations
- One byte on 100kHz I2C should take about 0.1ms
- Address byte plus one data byte containing the current hour should then take about 0.2ms.
- Currently implemented: fCPU = 9.6Mhz. Timer prescaler /64. Timer preloaded to 150. Color resolution: 21 steps.
- 9600000Hz / (64 * 106 * 21) = 67Hz PWM frequency. There was no visible flickering when viewed through a diffusor.
