This is a DiscontinuedProject. Currently, no effort is made for further work here.
Due to a lack of time for writing all the software I need on a PDA, I have bought a "PocketPC" type system again.
/DtcmSync generates input files for Solaris (and others) dtcm_insert out of calendar appointments on the Zaurus. These files can then be transferred to a workstation and imported into the calendar manager. Dtcmsync is written in Python.
/NzCal was an idea for a better calendar manager on the Zaurus. Only a feature wishlist exists, and a design study for the user interface.
Connecting the Zaurus to a network is easy with a CF ethernet card. Oliver has written a webpage describing that and more topics. In Germany, you might want to connect the Zaurus to the E-Plus network with a cellphone. I have in some days of work figured out how to do that with the Nokia 6310i over IrDA, then using a GPRS connection. /GprsNetz lists some (German) information on this.
/BluetoothCF I have bought a bluetooth CompactFlash card that identifies itself with the string BT0100M. This does not work with the Zaurus by default. I am now trying to find out how to get this to work. There's a separate page for this, currently featuring some technical information.
